Trade between Russia, China falls 4.3% to $58.8 bln Jan–Jul

BEIJING, Aug 7 (PRIME) -- The volume of trade between Russia and China fell 4.3% on the year to U.S. $58.82 billion in January–July, according to data of the Chinese customs service seen by PRIME on Friday.

China’s exports to Russia decreased 3.7% to $25.82 billion in the period, while imports fell 4.7% to $32.99 billion.

In July, the volume of trade between the countries stood at $9.6 billion. China supplied goods worth $4.89 billion to Russia and imported goods worth $4.77 billion.

In 2019, trade between Russia and China rose 3.4% to $110.75 billion.
